Because of the risk factors considered by the shareholding companies, the final selection of property was straight-forward. The best location, price and quality was also the best in the risk factor scale. I thought Capital Realty’s contribution in completing the process of getting the final plan, the fixture details, the technical reports and legal documents was excellent.
