We were looking for office space initially in Thorndon and although we were pretty clear on what we were looking for there was a lot of office space available making it difficult to know where to start! We chose Tom largely because of the effort he had gone to in presenting the properties particularly in the number and quality of photos provided. After finding that we couldn’t get what we wanted in Thorndon he put together a shortlist of properties in the city. With two hours set aside for viewing we were delighted to find the perfect place quickly. Tom was professional and easy to deal with making an otherwise daunting process effortless.
