Commercial Leasing Specialist

Tom Burke has been involved in commercial leasing for over 20 years and to date has completed over 450 deals.

Tom originally joined Bayleys Real Estate, Wellington in 1996 where he achieved the most deals in the office 2 years running. He worked for Bayleys as a leasing agent for 5 years.

He then joined Julian Associates who later became a Ray White franchise and traded as Ray White Commercial Wellington. Over the 9 years he was there, he was the top performer in dollar terms each year and completed the most deals each year  until the company went into liquidation in August 2010.

Throughout his commercial real estate career, Tom has specialised in leasing in the Wellington CBD as well as working in the Thorndon and Te Aro areas and has an extensive in depth knowledge of the buildings in these 3 areas.
